    • Doubled overall budget from $1.1M to $2.4M (2016-2019) through directing growth of new and existing services and overseeing the expansion of fundraising efforts.

    • Increased fundraising revenue by 44% (from ~$462K to ~$824K) from 2015-2018 and overall fundraising revenue by 255%+ (from ~$200K to ~$1M) during tenure.

    • Oversaw $500K+ in facility expansions including installation of Bark Park (outside canine play area); build-out of Christian-David Healthy Pet Clinic (including securing $100K signature gift, the largest non-bequest gift to date); and state-of-the-art renovation of high-volume spay/neuter suite.

    • Conceptualized and developed new signature fundraising event, Art with Heart, generating an increase in gross proceeds of 400%+ over four years.

    • Increased gross revenues for annual 5K by 85%+ and doubled attendance, leading to largest participation in history of event.

    • Managed implementation of new brand for organization including logo redesign, signage, website, and enhanced/expanded social media presence resulting in a 400% increase in Facebook followers and 50%+ unique website visitors per month.
